Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. very hot water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour; add hot water.
    Cool slightly. Roll between wax paper.
    Makes 4 crusts or 2 double crust pies. Freezes real well.
