Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Crisco
    4 eggs
    4 oz. melted chocolate
    2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Grease cookie pan with sides.
    Cream well sugar and Crisco. Then add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each and chocolate. Sift together flour and salt.
    Mix well, then add vanilla and nuts.
    Blend and spread in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
