Bread Or Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2/3 c. warm water
    2/3 c. warm milk
    2 tsp. oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast, water and sugar in small bowl.
    Put 1 cup of flour and the salt in a large bowl.
    Add oil, milk, egg and yeast mixture.
    Blend until moistened.
    Beat with electric mixer 3 minutes at low speed.
    Stir in by hand 1 1/2 to 2 cups of flour (enough to make batter stiff).
    Cover; let rise until double.
    Push down; shape into round loaf.
    Place on cookie sheet; let rise 30 minutes.
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
