Chicken, Bacon And Cheddar Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 slices bacon
mayonnaise
Dijon mustard
4 kaiser rolls, sliced
4 slices Cheddar cheese
4 tomato slices
4 lettuce leaves
Preparation

Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp.
Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Reserve 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet. Cook chicken in hot drippings 6 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear, turning once. Spread mayonnaise and Dijon on cut sides of rolls.
Top bottom half of each roll with cooked chicken breast half, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice cooked bacon, 1 tomato slice and 1 lettuce leaf. Cover each with top half of roll.
Makes 4 sandwiches.
