Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    Romano cheese
    bread crumbs
    1 red onion
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 can small peas
    4 to 5 potatoes
    parsley
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley and cheese together. Fry onions in a frying pan.
    Make 2 loaves and put side by side in frying pan.
    Cook each side of meat loaf until brown.
    Add peeled and sliced potatoes, bay leaf and can of tomato sauce.
    Cook halfway and add can of peas and juice.
    Put lid on and cook until potatoes are done.
    Total cooking time:
    1 hour and 15 minutes.
