Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. walnuts
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground mace
    1 large egg
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    In large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients.
    In small bowl, beat egg slightly; add crushed pineapple and juice, milk and margarine.
    Stir egg mixture into flour mixture just until moistened.
    Pour batter into greased pan.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
    Cool bread in pan on rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pan to cool completely.
