Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 c. grits
    4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. garlic cheese, grated
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine
    less than 1/2 c. milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Cook grits in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add margarine and cheese.
    Stir until melted; remove from heat.
    Add milk, eggs and sausage.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
