Polynesian Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pineapple bits
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
4 c. raw shredded cabbage
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
11 oz. mandarin oranges
2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation

Combine pineapple juice with mayonnaise.
Combine cabbage, seasonings and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
Add pineapple and mandarin oranges; toss gently.
Cover and chill.
Serves 6.
