Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 can refried beans
    1 medium jar salsa
    1 pkg. shredded Colby
    1 pkg. shredded Monterey Jack
    jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Spread cream cheese in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Brown hamburger and drain fat.
    Add taco seasoning to hamburger, following directions on packet.
    Add refried beans to hamburger and spread on top of cream cheese.
    Put salsa on top of meat mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Heat at 375\u00b0 until cheese melts (about 10 minutes).
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Add
    jalapeno peppers, if desired.
