Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced (1/4 tsp. ground garlic)
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. can mushrooms or 1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter; add meat and brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and mushroom soup.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add cream of chicken soup and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream; heat thoroughly.
