Spinach Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes, made like mashed potatoes to serve (not too thin)
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. chives (dried)
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
Preparation
    Beat the potatoes into the remaining ingredients.
    Put into casserole and put 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Can be frozen.
