Chicken In A Garden - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
1 chicken, cut up
1 c. sliced celery and leaves
1 small onion, diced
1 c. cooked macaroni
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
2 c. chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oil in deep pan or Dutch oven.
Brown chicken, a few pieces at a time, removing from pan as done.
When all chicken is browned, add celery and onion.
Cook until done.
Stir in cooked macaroni.
Add peas and carrots.
Return chicken to pot.
Add bouillon and spices.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat. Cook 25 minutes.
