Pickled Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 lb. peaches, peeled (whole)
3 lb. sugar
2 tsp. pickling spice
1/2 pt. vinegar
water (enough to cover)

Preparation

Boil until peaches are tender.
Put in jars and seal.
