Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli.
Saute onion and celery in margarine.
Combine soup and cheese and add to onion and celery mixture.
Mix well. Pour sauce, broccoli and rice into buttered casserole dish and mix thoroughly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and light brown.
(Mama always says to eat your veggies!)
