Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
Preparation

Beat cheese with a fork until smooth.
Stir pineapple, 1 cup pecans, bell pepper, onion and salt to taste into cheese.
Shape into a ball and roll in remaining pecans.
Cover with wax paper and chill.
