Broccoli Fish Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into spears and cooked
1 lb. firm white fish
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/3 c. of milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 toasted sun dried tomato bagels
2 Tbsp. melted butter
salt, pepper, cayenne to taste
Preparation

Place broccoli in a 2 pt. shallow baking dish.
Place fish on top.
Blend soup and milk and pour over the fish.
Put cheese over soup mixture.
Mix butter, seasoning, and crumble bagels together and place on top.
Bake at 450 for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
