Overnight Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Simmer chicken and salt for 1 hour.
Bone chicken and chop meat coarsely.
Cook broccoli; drain well.
Arrange in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole.
Combine next seven ingredients; spoon half of sauce over broccoli.
Arrange chicken over sauce.
Top with remaining sauce.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake for 5 more minutes.
Serves 8.
