Green Garden Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. cabbage, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
1 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation

Add lemon gelatin to 1 cup boiling water.
Mix; let cool.
Mix mayonnaise and milk well. Add to gelatin and vinegar mix.
Place in refrigerator until it begins to gel.
Add vegetable mix.
Place in mold and return to refrigerator.
When salad is hard, turn over and serve.
