Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 green pepper
    2 medium carrots
    1 onion
    1/4 lb. baked ham or 10 large shrimp
    salt and pepper
    dash of Japanese seasonings
    1 tsp. Chinese seasonings
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Chop green pepper, carrots and onion very fine.
    Cook in a skillet with oil.
    Add beaten eggs, vegetables and meat (chopped small).
    When cooked a little, mix in rice and seasonings.
    Just before serving, add soy sauce.
