Italian-Swiss Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    4 slices boiled ham
    4 slices Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients together, except for ham and cheese.
    After mixing, shape into a rectangle and place ham down and then Swiss cheese.
    Roll loaf and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
    (Add more bread crumbs, if necessary.)
