Boar Chops In Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boar chops
    salt and pepper
    flour
    cooking oil
    1 oz. cognac
    1 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. sour cream
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Season the chops with salt and pepper. Roll in flour and brown in hot vegetable oil in a skillet.
    Add the cognac and light this with a match.
    Douse the flame with the wine.
    Add mustard and cook, covered, until the meat is tender.
    Add the sour cream and cook a few minutes longer.
