Pork Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut into bite-size pieces
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. red or green peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. saltine crumbs
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation
    In a skillet, heat oil.
    Cook pork, celery, peppers and onion until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
    In large bowl, combine pork mixture and next 7 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Combine crumbs and oleo and sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 8 to 10.
