Broccoli Cheddar Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box frozen broccoli, thawed
1 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. Cheddar cheese
white pepper and salt to taste
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
Combine carrots, celery and onions in a medium saucepan; add broth.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover; simmer for 15 minutes, until vegetables are done.
