Pecan And Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 (9-inch) plain pastry shell
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg yolks, then spices and vinegar.
    Add whipped egg whites.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
