8 oz. cooked white rice
2 oz. diced red onion
4 oz. peeled, seeded and diced tomato
2 oz. sliced spring onion
4 oz. diced cucumbers
salt and pepper to taste
2 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 oz. slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. butter
