Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    parsley
    milk
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    chives
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 300\u00b0 for about 2 hours or until done.
    Remove from oven and let cool about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Slice off top of potato, scoop out insides and put in large bowl.
    Add sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Mash well, adding milk if necessary.
    Stuff back into potato shell and bake about 30 to 45 minutes.
    You can add slice of cheese on top.
    Use chives and parsley to your taste.
