Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 squash
    1 onion, grated
    1 carrot, grated
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/4 pkg. seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil squash and drain off water.
    Add butter while hot.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Put in baking dish.
    Add more stuffing crumbs.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until crumbs are browned lightly.
