Pollo Y Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    1 onion, grated
    1 can tomatoes and green chilies or 1 can green chili salsa
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Wrap chicken in foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until tender.
    Remove bones and cut into pieces.
    Mix together soup, milk, onion and tomatoes.
    Put 1 to 2 tablespoons of juice from chicken in bottom of baking dish.
    Cut tortillas into 1-inch squares and place in a layer in bottom of baking dish.
