Butternut-Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small butternut squash
3 c. peeled, seeded, quartered and sliced apples
1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples, undrained
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and salt.
Add sliced squash and apple slices, tossing gently to coat.
Turn into 10 x 6 x 7-inch baking pan.
Bake, covered, in 375\u00b0 oven 30 minutes.
