Lemon Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. carrots, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Combine carrots, water, sugar and salt in heavy pan.
    Cover and cook over medium-high heat until water has evaporated, about 20 minutes.
    Add margarine, lemon juice and lemon peel; stir until margarine is melted.
