Southern Seafood Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 lb. frozen scallops with liquid, thawed
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 pkg. frozen shelled shrimp, cooked
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. tomato catsup
    1 tsp. each: celery salt and curry powder
Preparation
    Combine eggs with 1/4 cup scallop liquid in bowl; mix well. Saute onion in butter in skillet until brown.
    Add with remaining ingredients to egg mixture; mix well.
    Pour into buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until firm.
    Yields 8 servings.
