Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lite brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. white granulated sugar
    3 large or 4 small eggs
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 box instant butter pecan pudding
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat the following until fluffy:
    brown sugar, white granulated sugar and eggs.
    Mix these and add in order:
    evaporated milk, pudding, vanilla and pecans.
    Use milk to fill container.
