Skewered Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes, quartered
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Place potatoes and water in a 2-quart bowl.
    Cover; microwave on High for 12 to 15 minutes until tender.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Marinate 1 hour.
    Grill until brown.
