Cold German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small to medium potatoes, boiled with skins (don't overcook)
    3 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except potatoes. After potatoes are cooked and cooled, peel and slice. Add to dressing and stir slightly. Let stand for at least 8 hours or overnight.
