Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced raw potatoes
    2/3 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    parsley flakes
    real bacon bits
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Arrange layer of potatoes in greased casserole.
    Cover with some onion, parsley, bacon bits and cheese.
    Sprinkle some of the combined flour, salt and pepper on top.
    Repeat layers until all is used.
    Melt butter in milk and pour it over.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Uncover.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
