Quick Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin or top round steak
    2 green peppers
    1 onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can beef gravy
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Slice beef into very thin strips.
    In skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil; brown beef and remove.
    Add peppers and onion (cut into strips) and garlic powder.
    Cook over medium heat until crisp.
    Add gravy and Worcestershire; return beef to pan.
    Heat; serve over rice.
