Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. finely grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine oil with sugar.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add dry ingredients; mix well.
    Add carrots.
    Place in greased pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or more.
    I prefer to cook until just done enough to turn out of pan.
    Cool; ice with Nut Icing.
