Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put in loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Bake for 90 minutes at 350\u00b0.
