Pinwheel - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium size potato
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
chunky peanut butter

Preparation

Boil potato until done.
Mash the potato.
Gradually add powdered sugar to potato.
Roll out 1/4-inch thick.
