Fried Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey breast
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour to coat turkey
    hot oil
Preparation
    Slice turkey breast 1/2 inch across the grain.
    Place in large bowl.
    Mix egg, buttermilk, salt and pepper together.
    Pour over the meat.
    Put enough flour in a brown paper bag to coat turkey.
    Fry in hot oil 350\u00b0 until brown (like you fry fish).
