Caramel Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. honey
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt
6 to 8 large apples

Preparation

Mix honey and evaporated milk together.
Cook, stirring constantly, to the firm-ball stage or to 255\u00b0 on a candy thermometer.
