5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, cut up small
    1 whole onion, diced
    4 ribs celery, chopped
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 can green beans, plus liquid
    1 can mushrooms, plus liquid
    1 small can peas, plus liquid
    4 potatoes, sliced
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Line bottom of Dutch oven with seasoned meat.
    In large bowl mix all ingredients.
    Using soup can fill 1/2 full of water plus 4 tablespoons corn starch.
    Add to mixture and season.
    Pour over meat in dutch oven.
    Cook at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
    Make sure the Dutch oven has a tight fitting lid.
    Do not open the oven until the 5 hours are up.
    Serves 6 people.
