Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    4 green onions, diced
    1/3 c. green peppers, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tomato, diced
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except tomato. Let stand in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. When ready to serve, add tomato and toss gently.
