Hot Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 to 3 diced jalapeno peppers
2 large diced onions
3 Tbsp. coriander leaf, ground
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Simmer all ingredients several hours until all ingredients are tender.
A slow cooker can be used.
Great on chips or oven baked chicken or fish.
