Angel Hair Pasta With Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. fresh angel hair pasta
1 small pkg. snow crab
1 c. cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Boil pasta according to package directions.
Drain.
Mix cream, flour, margarine, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Add crab, crumbled.
Reheat until crab is warm.
Add pasta to sauce and mix good.
Serve with salad and wheat rolls.
