Tex Mex Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 sliced onions
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 medium can whole tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pan-fry ground beef until light brown in skillet; drain fat.
    Add onions and pepper; cook until onions are tender.
    Stir in rest of ingredients; heat until warm.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour.
