Hot Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. croutons, divided
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. almonds
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, mix together tuna, celery, 1 cup croutons, mayonnaise, almonds, onion, lemon juice and salt. Cover.
    Heat in microwave for 10 minutes, giving dish 1/4 turn after 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining croutons. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until cheese melts.
