Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers (cleaned)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 can tomato soup (reserve 1/2 can)
    1/2 can golden mushroom soup (reserve 1/2 can)
Preparation
    Cook green peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine remaining ingredient together in bowl. Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Stand peppers upright in baking dish. Combine reserved soup with 1 can of water and pour over peppers. Bake covered at least 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Uncover and cook 15 minutes longer.
