Mexican Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. (or 1 fresh clove) garlic, minced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    jalapeno peppers, if desired
    16 oz. jar of tomatillo sauce
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    2 cans black beans, drained
    salsa (or picante) sauce
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
    sour cream
Preparation
    Prepare spaghetti as directed.
    While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, saute garlic, onion, and green pepper in olive oil. Add tomatillo sauce, cumin, and black beans.
    Mix well and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
