Old Fashioned Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups fresh coconut, grated
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 cup milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour in an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and turn oven to 325 degrees and bake an additional 45 minutes.
